How do your personal training services stand out?
My services stand out through professionalism, attention to detail and to my clients’ feedback. Safety is also of utmost importance to me. I put great emphasis on fundamentals, and clients will be taught how to properly perform exercises. I take great pride in the fact that throughout my training career, none of my clients have experienced injuries or setbacks associated with improper training. Quite the opposite, I have helped people rehabilitate and strengthen their muscles, which has enabled those individuals to live a pain free life.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
One, sharing the knowledge I have accumulated over the past 14 years from working with people. Two, watching my clients improve their life choices, and their overall strength and conditioning; thus progress from their previous best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal fitness trainer for over 14 years, and the International Sports Sciences Association is the organization that certified me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started training at the age of 15, and after a few years, I decided to share my knowledge and desire, in order to make a positive impact on other peoples’ lives.
What should a prospective client know about you?
I am a very professional trainer, and I will train you according to your fitness goals. I will do my best to help you accomplish your goals, and you will succeed if you are patient and realistic with your expectations.
Describe a recent fitness project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A while ago, I helped a client in his late 60s regain and improve his lower body strength after he had back surgery. It took less than six months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet in person at the facility where I train my clients, and discuss previous training experience, health issues, nutrition habits and fitness goals. The second step involves taking body fat and body circumference measurements (to track progress). The third step involves a short mobility assessment. The consultation is complimentary.
What are the costs for the personal training services you offer?
My fees are as following, $85 per session, for a package of 10 sessions; $80 per session for a package of 15 sessions; $100 for individual sessions. In addition, two people may train together during the same workout; the fee is $120 per session.
