    I will do my best to help you achieve your fitness goals regardless of whether you are twenty or eighty years old.

    However, you must do your best as well. Realistically, you will only workout with me a few hours a week, which means that what you accomplish in-between your workouts (diet and rest), is as important as what you achieve during the workouts. In both instances, you will need to be consistent and disciplined.

    Moreover, do your best to maintain a positive mental attitude inside and outside the gym.
